Your six-day journey
Arrive in Srinagar · settle into your houseboat
Private arrival transfer to the houseboat. Spend one night on the lake; a 60-minute shikara ride can be included in your confirmed plan. A one-hour traditional Kashmiri dress photoshoot on a shikara is listed for this day. Flights to Srinagar are arranged separately.
From the lake to Gulmarg
Breakfast and houseboat checkout, followed by the road transfer to Gulmarg for one night. Plan a two-hour Phase 1 gondola experience, with an afternoon slot requested when available. Tickets, operating conditions and the actual slot must be confirmed for your dates.
Gulmarg to Pahalgam
After breakfast, check out and travel to Pahalgam. Visit the Avantipura ruins (allow approximately one hour) and a cricket-bat workshop in Sangam. Check into your Pahalgam accommodation for two nights.
A full day around Pahalgam
Breakfast, then a morning Aru and Betaab valley outing listed for two hours, with pickup and drop. A separate one-hour visit to Mamaleshwar Temple is also in the plan. Spend your second night in Pahalgam.
Return to Srinagar · gardens and city sights
Breakfast and checkout before the transfer to Srinagar. Allow approximately four hours for Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Garden, Chashme Shahi and Shankaracharya Temple. Stay one night in a Srinagar hotel.
Breakfast, checkout and farewell
Enjoy breakfast, check out and take the private local departure transfer. Your onward flight is booked separately. Confirm the pickup point and airport drop in your final itinerary.

Transfers & experiences
Five planned transfers connect arrival, your houseboat, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Srinagar and departure. For two travellers, request a private air-conditioned three-seat vehicle with space for two luggage bags on the arrival and departure legs. Confirm the vehicle and local sightseeing arrangements for your group.
The seven planned sightseeing and activity entries cover the shikara photoshoot, Phase 1 gondola, Avantipura ruins, cricket-bat workshop, Aru and Betaab valleys, Mamaleshwar Temple and Srinagar’s gardens and temple circuit.
